let me cook food for you

let me make food with you

let me teach you how

what I offer

I don’t have a standard package for events - whether it’s a shoot end-of-season dinner, a celebratory birthday meal, or a hands-on butchery session for yourself and the family. Everything I do is entirely bespoke, planned with the greatest of intention to reflect what will suit you best.

I don’t have stock menus that I reuse for multiple events, nor do I teach every butchery class in the same way; recognising what means the most to a client, whether that’s a speciality Indian dish, or learning more about specific butchery techniques, is my favourite part of planning an event. If you were hoping for a selection of menus to pick from, my apologies - that’s not the kind of cooking I like to do.

With that in mind, below are some examples of the style of events I offer. Menus are almost always driven by what game is in season, or what you have available to work with already - but tailored to your preferences. Butchery courses will always cover the basics - knife handling, safety, general anatomy and carcass breakdown.

private dining

This can take many forms, from a small, intimate tasting menu dinner for four in the comfort of your own home, to larger events like a BBQ for 20 in the garden, without any of the washing up! Menus and prices are tailored to you, and accommodate all dietary preferences and the constraints of your kitchen.

at home tuition

If you’re looking to learn how to confidently butcher a deer, cook an excellent Indian curry, or how to start out making sausages, this is for you. You’ll have a totally private, hands-on experience to learn your topic of choice, and we’ll make a light lunch together too. I’ll bring all the kit, and do the washing up too!

group events & demos

For community groups, country fairs, corporate away-days and much more, I’m available to come and demonstrate game butchery, talk about stalking and deer management and much much more. I love the chance to engage with a crowd, and have all the portable equipment to bring the show to your venue.
